Position: Sales Agent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
