Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field of study or Diploma in similar fields of study
- Experience: A minimum of 2/4 years’ experience with FMCG Company in Door-to-door sales
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
Role and Responsibility
- Be knowledgeable about the Cerealia products
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Travel to assign Routes to introduce/maintain product supply to target consumers and existing client
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they meet their needs and solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Meet personal targets of daily sales
- The sales shod handle the company’s equipment and machineries responsibly with maximum care
- The representative should issue receipt for each and all customers and transactions
