Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Experience: 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong follow-up, organization, and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk and reception activities, including scheduling, welcoming and directing visitors/guests appropriately
- Ensure company’s/office equipment and facilities are functioning properly, including CCTV/camera screens, speakers, meeting tools, and other office equipment, and report or coordinate timely maintenance when issues arise
- Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and presentable at all times
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors
- Provide administrative support for daily smooth company/office operations and implementation of basic administrative systems and procedures
Liaison Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between the company and external stakeholders
- Submit, collect, and track correspondence with government offices and other institutions/service providers
- Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on external requests and approvals
- Liaise with government offices to ensure proper permits and statutory documents of the company are updated and available
Operational Support
- Perform other duties as assigned in line with startup operational needs
- Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions based on daily interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders, aimed at improving administrative processes and operational efficiency
- Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor
