Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Ability to manage grants and multi-donor funds
- Computer literate (Financial software, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting and taxes
- Reasonable experience in community-based programming
- Knowledge and experience of IPSAS
- Knowledge of environment and current effective practice and policy on Early Childhood Care and Development
- Good knowledge of donor grant and contract regulations
- Demonstrable abilities in planning, budget and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both in written English and in face-to-face presentations
