Job Position 1 – Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two (2) years in supervisory position.
Place of Work: Assela Branch under Adama district
Job Position 2 – Customer Service Officer-II
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. No work experience is required. Candidates should be expected to graduate in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
Age: Below 30 years old.
Commutative GPA: For Male 3.00 and above and for female 2.75 and above
Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
Place of Work: Branches Under A.A City area, Branches Under Dessie District, Branches under Bahir Dar District, Branches under Gonder District, Branches under Dire Dawa District, Branches under Hawassa District, Branches under Debre Birhan District, and Branches under Adama District
Job Position 3 – Junior Office Equipment Technician (Generator)
Required Education and Experience: BA/Diploma in woodwork/electricity/machine/Office equipment maintenance or related field of study with 2 years related work experience. Experience in generator maintenance is preferable.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa District office
Job Position 4 – Junior Hardware Technician
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Computer Engineering, along with at least 2 years of experience in hardware maintenance and technical support.
Candidates holding certifications such as CompTIA A+ (Hardware and Software Maintenance), Computer Maintenance, CompTIA Network+, and Office Machine Maintenance (Printer and Copier Maintenance) are preferred.
The applicant should demonstrate strong skills in computer troubleshooting, hardware repair, and maintenance of printers and copiers.

Job Position 5 – Junior Warehouse Officer (Store Keeper I)
Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of two years in property management related work experience.
Place of Work: Bahir Dar District office
Salary: According to the Bank’s salary scale.
