Job Requirements & Description

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance
  • Experience: Minimum of over 2 years of relevant post‑graduation work experience.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Sage 300 (ACCPAC) is required.
  • Industry Background: Experience in the fuel and energy sector is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and account reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Monitor expenditures, manage cash flow, and assist with tax filings and audits.
  • Utilize Sage 300 (ACCPAC) accounting software for transaction recording, report generation, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data flow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and financial year‑end procedures.
