Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of first degree in accounting
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar or related positions
- Good computer skills including MSW, Excel and Peachtree
- Experience / training on IFRS is an asset
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good communication and Team work
- Good financial recording and reporting skills
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Prepare payments, controls cash movement of the company
- Ascertain that all relevant documents are in place and proper before payment authorization is made
- On monthly basis prepare payroll, statutory deductions and other related payment
- Prepares bank reconciliation every month and takes the necessary action to correct when needed
- Follow up office finance and assures the appropriate utilization of finance
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policy as well as statutory financial requirement
- Responsible for appropriate use of materials of the company and annual inventory
- Register & count of fixed asset at farm and Head office
- Deal with external customers such us auditors, banks, suppliers and service providers
