Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a startup, wholesale, or manufacturing organization
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian accounting practices and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance and non-finance team members
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required
- Additional local or international languages are an advantage
- Passion for learning and problem solving
- Actively engage and network with local and external investment firms for potential collaborations
- Represent and advocate for the productive financial health of YeneHealth
- Fluent in English and Amharic; additional languages are welcome
