Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, guest relations, or airport-related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple guest arrivals efficiently.
- Punctual.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet hotel guests at the airport.
- Coordinate guest arrivals & departures with the hotel front office and transportation team.
- Assist guests with directions, guidance, and basic travel support as needed.
- Ensure smooth transfer arrangements from the airport to the hotel & hotel to airport.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities when required.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
- Adhere strictly to airport regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
