Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing/Management/Economics/Accounting or related fields
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years of relevant MFI experience, out of which two years in a similar or senior Customer Service position

Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the overall operational and support activities of a branch designated as having low volume of operation; reviews business and financial background of loan and guarantee of applicants, approves loans within given authority limit, authorizes disbursement of approved loans and ensures effective follow up on clients and timely collection of same, mobilizes deposits, to create reliable liquidity position of the branch; and undertakes business development and marketing activities to attract new customers.
