Position 1: Customer Service Officer I/II
Education:
- Level IV / BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields
Experience:
- Customer Service Officer I: 2 years
- Customer Service Officer II: 3 years
Place of Work:
- Sheger Microfinance Branches in Addis Ababa, Sheger City, and Ambo
Position 2: Junior Customer Service Officer
Education:
- Level IV / BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or other related fields
Experience:
- 1 year
Place of Work:
- Sheger Microfinance branches in Addis Ababa City
Position 3: Accountant I/II
Accountant I
Education:
- Level IV / BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 2 years
Accountant II
Education:
- Level IV / BA / MA in Accounting & Finance, Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 0–3 years
Place of Work (for both):
