Job Requirements & Description
Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
Duty station
- Mekdela, Adama, Asella, Golocha, Gobessa, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Mechara, Deder, Qore, Werqa, Angetu
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years of banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.
Duty Station: Mekdela, Asendabo, Dire Dawa, Gelemso, Harar, Deder, Meti, Dima
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
Duty Station: Mekdela, Agaro, Dire Dawa, Mechara, Chiro, Haramaya, Deder, Afdera, Babile
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.
Duty Station: Awash 7 Kilo, Mekdela, Afdera, Manbuk, Agarfa, Ali, Angetu, Atnago, Chora, Adama
Position 5: Tax Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Two (2) years of tax area experience.
Duty station:
- Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 6: Senior District Internal Control & Compliance Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Four years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Duty station:
- South West District Office (Jimma)
Position 7: Customer Service Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Five years of Banking Operations experience. IFB training Certification is advantageous.
Duty station:
- Adama
Note:
- Training in IFB is Advantageous.
