Job Position – Junior Accountant

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, or similar accounting software.
  • Proven ability to learn new software quickly; you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards for handling sensitive financial data and large-scale payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in prepare and initiate daily disbursements via digital banking platforms.
  • Perform reconciliations between the system, payment gateways, and bank statements.
  • Regularly update and maintain financial data within our proprietary system.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Use Excel functions to organize large datasets, identify discrepancies, and generate weekly financial reports.
  • Support the preparation of tax declarations and statutory payments (VAT, Withholding, etc.).
  • Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Track accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

Requirement Skill

  • Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint.
  • Accounting.

Job Position – Head of Customer Service

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer service or operations.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience management and service operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Amharic; additional languages are a plus).
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer support tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing, high-accountability environment.

Requirement Skill

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
