Job Requirements & Description
- Finance and Administration Manager: Candidates should have a background in Accounting or Finance. This role involves overseeing financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and administrative functions for CECOE’s election observation activities.
- Deputy Observer Coordinator: A degree in Law, Electoral Policy, Human Rights, or Governance is required. The position supports the coordination of observer missions, monitors electoral processes, and contributes to reporting and analysis.
- Chief Observer: Candidates must have expertise in Law or Electoral Policy. The Chief Observer will lead the overall observation mission, represent CECOE publicly, and ensure compliance with international electoral standards.
- Finance Officer: Requires a background in Accounting or Finance. Responsibilities include day-to-day financial management, transaction processing, and support to audits and financial reporting.
- Observer Coordinator: Degree in Law, Electoral Policy, or Human Rights is required. This role involves managing teams of election observers, compiling field reports, and ensuring timely data collection during electoral cycles.
