Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Support recording of daily financial transactions and preparation of payment vouchers
- Assist with bank and supplier reconciliations
- Help prepare financial reports and budget variance analysis
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports as assigned
