Job Position-1: Junior Accountant/Cashier
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Work experience: Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience & experience working as a cashier using POS machines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Peachtree.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balances, and bank reconciliations.
- Keep proper records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting and financial records.
- Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Operate POS systems to process sales transactions.
- Accurately enter product or service information into the POS system and ensure correct pricing, discounts, and taxes are applied.
- Issue receipts, invoices, or transaction confirmations to customers.
- Handle cash responsibly, including receiving payments.
- Perform daily cash drawer opening and closing procedures and ensure balances match system records.
- Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation reports and submit them to the finance or accounting department.
- Identify, investigate, and report transaction discrepancies or system errors promptly.
- Coordinate with supervisors and finance staff regarding daily sales.
- Monitor POS system functionality and report technical issues.

Job Position-2: Sales Representative
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Good handwriting.
