EBS TV is the first private channel launched in Ethiopia.

Job Requirements & Description

Position 1: HR & Administration Specialist

Education: BA Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Position Summary: This role manages the dual functions of human resources and general office administration, focusing on talent development, performance, and logistical efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training processes for new staff.
  • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • Manage general office administration and organizational logistics.
  • Handle procurement and property (Logistics) tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Salary: As per the organization scale

Position 2: Finance Specialist

Education: BA Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 2 or more years of relevant professional experience.

Position Summary: The Finance Specialist is responsible for the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate record-keeping, tax compliance, and timely payroll processing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily registration of all institutional revenue and expenses.
  • Handle and execute all taxation-related matters in accordance with national regulations.
  • Administer and process staff payroll accurately.

Salary: As per the organization scale

Position 3: Finance Director

Education: BA Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.

Position Summary: The Finance Director will provide high-level leadership for the Finance Department, ensuring the organization’s financial health through strategic policy development and rigorous oversight of internal controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Finance Department with full accountability.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial policies.
  • Supervise and lead the organization’s audit and control systems to ensure compliance.
