Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5-6 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing (pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry is an advantage)
- Good understanding of Ethiopian labor laws
- Experience with HR systems, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to GMP environments is an added advantage
