Job Position 1 – Marketing & Sales Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 2/1 years of experience in marketing or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Good understanding of the Ethiopian market
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in renewable energy or solar products
- Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
- Strong customer relationship management skills

Position Summary
The Marketing and Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s solar products and services, expanding the customer base, and supporting revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage client relationships and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
Job Position 2 – Lithium-Ion Battery Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Energy Systems or related field
Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
- Lithium-ion battery systems
- Energy storage systems
Strong knowledge of:
- Battery management systems (BMS)
- High-voltage systems
- Battery safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with prismatic lithium-ion cells
- Experience in battery refurbishment / second-life batteries
- Familiarity with standards such as: IEC 62619, IEC 62133, UL 1973
- Experience in manufacturing, workshop, or lab environments
- Experience working in off-grid or renewable energy projects

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lithium-Ion Battery Expert to lead and strengthen our battery refurbishment, repurposing, and safety systems. This is a strategic technical role that will directly support:
- Scaling production of battery systems
- Improving safety and quality standards
- Supporting innovation in second-life battery applications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead battery testing, grading, and repurposing processes
- Design and oversee assembly of lithium-ion battery packs (especially prismatic cells)
- Develop and implement battery safety systems and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, UL, etc.)
- Supervise technicians and provide hands-on technical training
- Improve production efficiency and quality control
- Support R&D for new battery applications (PUE systems)
- Establish and monitor battery performance and lifecycle tracking systems
