Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience as an IT Officer, IT Support, or similar role (hotel experience is an added advantage)
- Practical working experience with IDS Hotel Management Software
- Strong knowledge of basic computer hardware and software support
- Experience providing IT support to hotel staff and guests
- Good understanding of computer networking, including LAN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with daily IT operations in a hotel environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to perform off‑site IT duties upon management order
- Ability to perform basic design and content creation tasks, including editing photos and videos and creating simple promotional or operational materials using tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop. Prior experience supporting hotel marketing or internal communication content is an advantage.
