Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration & Public administration.
Experience: Zero Years of experience

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Position Summary

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer bookings, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, platform in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
  • Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Basic computer and smartphone usage.
  • Familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems.
  • Typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM is recommended.
