Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory or Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience in Government/NGOs Health facilities
- Experience working in remote, resource-limited, or humanitarian settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and quality assurance
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions
- Ability to speak local language is desirable
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to harsh environments
- Basic computer skills (recording/reporting)
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and patient confidentiality
