Job Position: Junior System Engineer
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Experience supporting a variety of IT systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with industry-specific software related to property management, construction, logistics, HR, procurement, and finance is advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network and system administration.
- Proficiency in hardware and software maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic security practices and user management.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve issues in a timely manner.
