Job Position 1 – Human Resource Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in healthcare or NGO sector
Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Work Place: Jigjiga
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support performance management and staff appraisal systems
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Contribute to building a positive workplace culture
Job Position 2 – Finance Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or NGO sector
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage hospital financial records and transactions
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and compliance with financial policies
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
Job Position 2 – Medical Laboratory Technologist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality assurance, and patient safety
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic laboratory tests accurately and efficiently
