Job Requirements & Description

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s degree in marketing, Economics, or related fields
Minimum 10 years in strategic marketing and customer relationship management
Specific Experience: Minimum of 5 years in toll service branding, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and grievance redressal mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:
Digital marketing certification (e.g. Google Analytics) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create branding strategies to enhance public perception of toll services.
  • Implement CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track customer feedback and resolve grievances.
  • Design loyalty programs and digital marketing campaigns to boost toll adoption.
  • Conduct market research to identify user needs and service gaps.
  • Train customer service teams in conflict resolution and communication skills.
