Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving growth
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Data analysis, CRM software, and digital marketing knowledge skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans to meet or exceed company revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage marketing and sales staff, ensuring high performance.
- Campaign Management: Design and implement promotional activities, advertising, and marketing materials.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
