ERCS is seeking candidates for the following positions:
- Food and Beverage Controller – Food & Beverage Control / Hotel Management
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory for all food and beverage outlets.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and suppliers to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Implement standard operating procedures and conduct regular audits to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in hospitality management.
- Senior Human Capital Development Expert – Pedagogical Science / Social Work / Sociology / Social Anthropology / Social Psychology / Applied Psychology / Public Administration / Management / Political Science & International Relations / Regional and Local Development Studies / Development Studies
- Design, implement, and evaluate capacity‑building programs for staff and volunteers across the organization.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop training curricula, and facilitate workshops on leadership, project management, and community development.
- Provide expert advice on human resource policies, performance management, and talent development strategies.
- Collaborate with national and international partners to align development initiatives with best practices and donor requirements.
- Monitor and report on the impact of human capital interventions, ensuring continuous improvement.
