  • Finance Assistant
    • Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.
    • Typical duties include preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies.
    • Required background: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Woreda Development Facilitator
    • Facilitates community‑based natural resource management projects at the woreda (district) level, promoting sustainable forestry, agriculture, and rural development practices.
    • Key activities involve stakeholder engagement, capacity‑building workshops, and monitoring project outcomes.
    • Required background: Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer
    • Designs and implements monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of biodiversity and forest conservation initiatives.
    • Responsibilities include data collection, GIS & remote‑sensing analysis, reporting, and facilitating learning sessions for continuous improvement.
    • Required background: NRM/Biodiversity/Forestry, Monitoring & Evaluation, GIS & Remote Sensing, Project Management, or a related field.
