Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- License: Valid professional nursing license/registration with [Country’s Nursing Council].
- Experience: 1 year and above.
Skills:
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patients’ conditions, vital signs, and progress reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and emergency response when required.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of wards, equipment, and medical supplies.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Work Conditions:
