Job Requirements & Description
Job Position-1: Corporate Sales Executive
Required Qualification and Experience:
– 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales, tourism sales, service sales, or business development.
– Confident in client visits, lead follow-up, and closing discussions.
– Well presented, persuasive, and comfortable with high-level clients.
– Organized and disciplined in reporting.
Required Skill:
– Sales analytics and performance reporting
Location: Paradize Lodges and Hotels
Job Position-2: Sales & Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
– 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in hospitality, tourism, destination marketing, or premium services.
– Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills.
– Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
– Able to use Excel, email, online marketing tools, and sales trackers or CRM systems.
Required Skill:
– Good understanding of international market dynamics.
Location: Addis Ababa head office
Job Position-3: Digital Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience:
– 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or destination brands.
– Experience with content planning, paid ads, analytics, and basic design or editing tools.
– Strong writing ability in English.
– Creative, fast, and metrics aware.

– Digital Marketing

Job Position-4: Reservations & Customer Follow-up Officer
Required Qualification and Experience:
– 1-3 years in reservations, front office, customer service, or booking support.
– Strong organization and communication.
– Able to work fast and accurately under pressure.
– Polite, calm, and service minded.
Required Skill:
– Customer Service orientation
