Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Valid professional license (certificate of competence)
- Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical trading or distribution
- Proficiency in digital marketing is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems

Key Responsibilities
- Data Monitoring and Management: Monitor and maintain pharmaceutical information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper record keeping
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, record, and analyze pharmaceutical data to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Interpret data and prepare structured reports to highlight trends, gaps, and performance insights
- Regulatory Awareness and Professional Development: Stay updated with pharmaceutical knowledge, guidelines, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
- Digital Marketing Support: Review and manage social media platforms to ensure accurate and professional promotion of pharmaceutical products; support digital marketing activities in line with company standards
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and ensure data insights and marketing activities are aligned with company objectives
