Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business or 2 years of relevant proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for marketing campaigns
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Job Purpose
- Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve company sales target
- Identify and cultivate new leads, customers and business opportunities

- Create and execute marketing campaigns including digital marketing, advertising and promotion
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement
