About the Job
- Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve company sales target
- Identify and cultivate new leads, customers and business opportunities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Create and execute marketing campaigns including digital marketing, advertising and promotion
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business or 2 years of relevant proven experience in sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
