Job Requirements & Description
Job Position: Sales and Product Specialist
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MSc or Degree in Medical Laboratory or Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostic laboratory equipment, reagents, or molecular systems sales is highly advantageous.
Core Competencies
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English.
- Language: Knowledge of local languages for regional posts is considered a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to convey complex clinical and technical data to clients effectively.
