Job Requirements & Description

Position: Sales Consultant

Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or other related field of study

Work Experience: 2 years and above in a similar position

Technical Competency

  • Patience and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Ability to use a variety of software used in real estate

Main Responsibility & Duties:

  • Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
  • Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
  • Assessing a client’s property needs
  • Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
  • Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
  • Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties
  • Responsible for identifying potential customers
  • Regular updating and reporting of sales statuses
  • Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Convince customers to purchase apartment from the company
  • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
  • Promote the company’s goodwill for prospect customers
  • Ensure that day-to-day activities are based on the company manual and procedure and make sure that they are followed
