Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales; prior team leadership preferred.
- Strong command of MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets, prepare budgets/forecasts, and analyze sales metrics.
