Job Requirements & Description
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS), and hardware components.
- Experience with server administration, data backup systems, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing user support and documenting technical processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
