Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: First degree in marketing management, electrical engineering and related educations
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience is needed
- Working experience in cables industry and Construction companies is preferable.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Requirement skills
- Strong Negotiation & communication skills
- Understanding market trends data analysis and reporting
- Microsoft Office Word & Excel uses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the qualification process of leads, ensuring adherence to established criteria and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Strong understanding of the products offering and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and market insights to sales supervisor.
- Participate in high-level sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
