Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP, MS Excel).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movements.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for timely supply of materials.
- Lead and train junior storekeepers and warehouse staff.
