Job Requirements & Description
- Lead and manage the work process, supervise staff, and prepare reports.
- Monitor the fiber‑glass product process closely and ensure proper control.
- Coordinate tasks performed on site and take responsibility for overall supervision.
- Motivate workers and maintain work quality standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of production orders and manage workflow efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
