    • Collaborate with project managers, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with national standards.
    • Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

    • Support the implementation of irrigation infrastructure projects from planning through execution.

    • Collect, analyze, and disseminate vulnerability‑based targeting (VBT) data to guide interventions.
    • Work closely with extension agents, NGOs, and government bodies to integrate warning information into community response plans.
    • Produce technical briefs and policy recommendations on risk mitigation and climate adaptation.
