Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields
  • Experience: 1 years of Branch banking experience of which 6 month as Junior Officer or equivalent position.

  • Experience: 0 years of experience.
  • GPA: above 2.5 and successful completion of the national exit exam
  • Year of Graduation: 2023 and later
  • Age: not more than 25 years
  • Able to commit to internship for minimum 3 to 6 months
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in branches of the bank with little supervision
  • Willingness to sign internship program agreement
  • Having certification of training related to customer service, business intelligence, etc is advantageous
  • Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
