Job Requirements & Description

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
  • Recent graduate, Class of 2024 or later

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.
  • Support ERP implementation and customization activities.
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and functional consultants.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
  • Help configure ERP modules such as:
    • HR & Payroll
    • Inventory
    • Accounting & Finance
    • Procurement
    • CRM & Sales
  • Conduct system testing and report bugs/issues.
  • Prepare user manuals, training materials, and project documentation.
  • Provide first-level support during implementation and post-deployment phases.
  • Assist in user training sessions and client onboarding.
  • Support data migration and validation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
