Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Recent graduate, Class of 2024 or later
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.
- Support ERP implementation and customization activities.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and functional consultants.
- Participate in requirement analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
- Help configure ERP modules such as:
- HR & Payroll
- Inventory
- Accounting & Finance
- Procurement
- CRM & Sales
- Conduct system testing and report bugs/issues.
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and project documentation.
- Provide first-level support during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Assist in user training sessions and client onboarding.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
