Job Position 1: Security Service Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: College Diploma in Military Science, Police Science/Management, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must have completed Military or Police Leadership Training courses
- Age: ≤ 57
- Military Rank: Inspector (for Police); Lieutenant (for Defense Forces)
Competency
- Good knowledge in military science principles and practices
- Good knowledge of handling and application of security equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Summary
Under the instruction and supervision of the immediate supervisor, the Security Service Supervisor deploys, inducts, reshuffles, monitors and controls the security staff under his supervision; patrols, supervises and controls the security staff; identifies the needs of uniforms and supplies for security guards under his supervision; fosters peaceful industrial relations; schedules and administers various leave entitlements; identifies skill gaps of security guards and takes corrective actions; conducts performance appraisals of security service staff; and supports the immediate supervisor in other security personnel administrative matters.

Job Position 2: Workshop Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; OR Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance (Note: likely a duplication in original text)
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position leading workshop teams
Certifications (Preferred)
- Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices is an advantage
