Job Requirements & Description
Job Position-1: Human Resource Head
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience OR BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in a managerial HR role within a health-related company (e.g., hospital, clinic, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment company)
Strong experience in HR operations, policy development, and organizational management
Additional Requirements
- Certification in ISO (Quality Management Systems) is mandatory or highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Position-2: Storekeeper (Druggist)
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Experience: Valid professional license from EFDA as required by the regulatory office
- For Diploma: 2–4 years; for Degree: 5 years of experience as a storekeeper
- Medical supplies experience is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of proper storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical equipment (including temperature control, handling, and safety standards)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control procedures
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical equipment and pharmaceutical products in Ethiopia
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and inventory software)
- Have ISO Certificate
