About the Job
- Provide technical support to employees and assist with hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide timely solutions.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Install and update antivirus and security software to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Train employees on IT best practices and ensure IT policy compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
