Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Level III and above in Industrial Mechanic, Metal Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related Field of studies
Experience: 1 year and above
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Maintain the outlook of the site through dusting, cleaning & maintain a clean and organize work area.
- Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems.
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery systems.
- Meet with clients to better understand their concerns and identify the issue.
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
- Communicate information about Material availability.
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine.
- Ensure preparedness and response to emergency situations and accidents.
- Perform additional tasks as per his supervisor’s direction.
- Develop matured food safety culture of the management, employees and relevant interested parties.
- Periodically monitor measure, analyze and evaluate the food safety management systems compliance and enhance performance.
- Continually validate, verify, review, improve and update the food safety management system for the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
- Establish, implement, document, maintain and continually improve the food safety management system (ISO 22000) in the operations.
- Assist senior mechanic welder in performing welding and mechanical tasks.
- Perform basic mechanical task such as repairing and maintaining equipment.
- Doing any factory fabrication work.
- Do other assignment when ordered by his/her supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
