Job Requirements & Description

Position 1: Junior Cost Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 0–2 years of experience in costing or accounting
  • Basic knowledge of costing methods, budgeting, and accounting principles
  • Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

Position 2: Salesperson (Paper & Paper Products)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in paper and packaging is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Additional:

  • Knowledge of paper types, sizes, and industry applications is an advantage
  • Existing customer network is a plus

Position 3: Storekeeper (Hotel & Apartment)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any of business related field
  • Previous experience in hotel or apartment storekeeping is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity

Position 4: Clinical Laboratory Technician

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science / Medical Laboratory Technology (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IVD and clinical laboratory work
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and diagnostic systems
  • Good communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Position 5: Senior Accountant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
  • Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular)

Position 6: Service Driver

  • License: Valid Driving (ህዝብ 1) license.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years driving experience in Addis Ababa.
  • Location: Preference given to candidates living in Goro, Akaki-Kality, or Hayat.
  • Skills: Strong punctuality and knowledge of city routes.

Position 7: Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Sales and Marketing field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with proven results in business development
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
