Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree or Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in Amharic (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Somali language is an advantage
Computer Skills (Very Important):
- Microsoft Word — document preparation and formatting
- Microsoft Excel — data entry, tables, calculations, and reporting
- Microsoft PowerPoint — basic presentation preparation
- Email handling — sending and replying professionally
- Internet usage — downloading, uploading, and managing files
- Ability to prepare tender documents using computer
Additional Requirements:
- This position is open for Female Candidates Only
- Must have previous work experience in office administration or tender preparation
- Must provide official experience letter(s)
- Must provide reference contacts
- Must have valid Ethiopian National ID
